Kristaps Ryabov was interested in programming and how to make money with it since childhood. Now he is a co-owner and member of the board of e-commerce IT solution developer SIA “IDT Media” (operating under the brand name “Magebit”). In 2021 (the latest available data), the turnover of the company exceeded 3.3 million euros, and the profit after taxes – 1 million euros.
The company “IDT Media” was founded in April 2013. Before starting his own business, Kristaps Ryabovs started working as a programmer. He says that sometimes he plays computer games to distract himself from work. It was in this way that he met Artūrs Kruzis, who is the second true beneficiary of “IDT Media”.
One of the long-cherished dreams is to open a company office in another country, and the possibilities are currently being actively explored.

I have been working in the IT industry since I can remember. Initially, it was a hobby, later together with Artūras Krūzi, we founded SIA “IDT Media”, which is more widely known as “Magebit”, a developer of e-commerce information technology solutions.
At the beginning, we were the only employees of the company, but now the “Magebit” team consists of more than 100 programmers and strategic specialists, providing almost everything an online store owner needs: strategy, design, development, security audits, improvements, infrastructure, SEO, marketing, etc.
