“He had a gun to his head,” Jenner said Friday during testimony amid Chyna’s $100 million lawsuit against the famous reality TV family, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The momager, 66, testified for the second day of the witness box in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday that she believed Chyna attempted to murder her son.
According to the outlet, she said “he was told that Chyna pointed a gun at Kardashian’s head, tried to strangle her with a phone cord and hit her with a metal pole as she was intoxicated. “It was total chaos. It was scary,” Jenner said. Jenner is the first of four defendants, a group that also includes her daughters Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, to testify in Blac Chyna’s $100 million lawsuit alleging the women conspired to have his reality show ` Rob and Chyna nullified and damaged her celebrity status.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chyna testified she was joking with her fiancé when she wrapped a phone cord around his neck and grabbed his unloaded gun from a bedside table. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jenner started crying as she recalled the Rob Kardashian-Chyna spat, which happened months after Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. She said knowing that her two children had a gun pointed at them in the same year was traumatic for her.
The outlet reported that Kris Jenner said her “boyfriend Corey Gamble separated her son and Chyna – who she says broke an expensive television in the master bedroom. But after Gamble separated them and asked Rob Kardashian to leave, he was told that Chyna smashed a chair on the windshield of her son’s car. During questioning, Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, asked why Jenner or someone else hadn’t called the police.
Jenner said her security team — former Los Angeles Police Department officers — helped defuse the intense ordeal.
She said she wanted to help Chyna and that arguments between the pair were a “recurring theme” in their relationship which included “booze and drugs”. “We didn’t put Chyna on the show and give her this fabulous life to take away. , we have created other opportunities. I was hoping everything would be fine. That’s why I didn’t call [the police]” she says.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ciani also tried to clarify a text message sent by Jenner to the showrunner of “Rob and Chyna” which said that Chyna “beat the [expletive] out of Rob’s face. “She said the phrase was used as a figure of speech and compared its reference to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the recent Oscars. “It’s like you’re at an awards show, and you get slapped,” Jenner said. Ciani asked about another text she sent to the showrunner that read ‘We have to let this go [expletive] after his son’s altercation with Chyna. Jenner said she was very angry and upset at the time, but claims she was never involved in hampering Chyna’s time on the show, the outlet reported. .
