Kris Jenner has announced through her lawyer that she is wrongly accused of sexual misconduct by her former bodyguard, reports TMZ Wednesday.
“Kris strongly denies ever acting inappropriately towards Marc McWilliams,” said Jenner’s attorney Marty Singer. “The bodyguard worked outside the house and never visited her home.”
According to Jenner’s lawyer, McWilliams was fired for falling asleep several times during working hours. The security company for which the bodyguard worked would have made that decision.
McWilliams alleges in a lawsuit filed that in May 2017 he was the victim of “a pattern of unwanted sexual advances and other misconduct.” The bodyguard accuses Jenner of, among other things, comments about his body, unwanted touching and showing parts of her bare body.
According to McWilliams, he raised the undesirable behavior with both Jenner and the security company, but nothing was done about it.
The bodyguard has also been charged with Jenner’s daughter Kourtney Kardashian in the case. He also worked for her for a time, accusing her of violating labor laws.
The amount of damages McWilliams is claiming in the lawsuit is unknown.
