The criminal police are investigating in Wiener Neustadt after the rape of a 13-year-old girl at full speed. The student is said to have been raped by an unidentified young man in the toilet at a nightclub near Domplatz last weekend. A spokesman for the state police department of Lower Austria confirmed the incident on request. According to the police, everything is currently being done to investigate the suspect in the case. The young man can be seen on a video intended to show scenes of violent sexual assault. The video made the rounds on Snapchat and other social networks.

According to initial information, there is a suspicion that the student could be manipulated in the nightclub with knockout drops or similar substances and was thus made defenseless. A rapid impairment test was positive. An examination of the girl should bring more detailed information, the police said.
