Kremlin: Donbass leaders ask Russia for help to repel Ukraine’s aggression

“Letters were received from Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, from Leonid Paschnik, leader of the Lugansk People’s Republic, and Denis Pusulin, leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“The leaders of both republics (..) are asking the Russian president to help repel the aggression of the Ukrainian armed forces and formations,” Putin’s spokesman said.
