Former CSKA Moscow football player Milos Krasic said that he was grateful to the army club for the opportunity to move to Juventus in Turin.
Krasic played for the “red-blues” from 2004 to 2010, together with the team he became a two-time Russian champion and UEFA Cup winner, and won the country’s Cup and Super Cup four times each. In August 2010, the Serbian moved to Juventus.
— I don’t regret moving from CSKA to Juventus. This is a big club, one of the best in the world. It’s a pity that we couldn’t stay at a high level for a long time. The first year at Juventus was good, the second – not so much. Maybe it’s my fault – I should have worked more. But I think I still showed that I can.
— Was there an opportunity to return to CSKA?
— There were no specific conversations. But I made a name in Russia, I love CSKA. I am grateful to the club for later leaving to play in Europe,” Sport24 quotes Krasic.
