Jakarta (ANTARA) – High-speed motorcycle maker Krämer Motorcycles officially presents the latest line-up of its acclaimed GP2 platform, the GP2-890RR 2024 supersport, in limited quantities.
The sports bike powered by the 889cc, liquid-cooled, dual overhead cam Kramer GP2-890RR parallel twin engine produced only 125 for distribution worldwide, according to information from their official website, quoted on Sunday.
With this engine, this limited edition motorbike has a power of 138 at 10,100 rpm, and the claimed torque is 100 Nm at 8,200 rpm which is mated to a six-speed gearbox and a PASC slipper clutch. The 2024 Krämer GP2-890RR is equipped with fully adjustable cartridge-covered WP Apex Pro 7543 suspension complete with Krämer shim stacks at the front.
As for the rear, the bike is armed with a fully adjustable WP Apex Pro 7746 shock with progressive linkage that works great. The dimensions of the suspension are 120mm at the front and 140mm at the rear. Braking duties on Kramer’s new bike are performed by two sets of Brembo Stylema calipers up front, along with a pair of 290mm full floating rotors.
At the rear, the bike gets Brembo P2 calipers and a single 230mm floating rotor. The Krämer GP2-890RR 2024 comes with nine levels of traction control adjustment, which can also be turned off. The wheelie controls are also adjustable up to five levels plus off.
Pit lane speed limiters also come standard on the bike, as do adjustable engine braking and throttle maps. The dashboard of the motorbike also uses the AiM MXS 1.3 Racing GPS unit with real data recording.
The 2024 Krämer GP2-890RR will be available in matte Brno Blue, or the Gloss Brainerd Black option available in the US. These race track bikes will start rolling out to customers in September 2023.
