General Election Commissions (KPU) responded to allegations of inflated vote results for PSI. The KPU emphasized that the recapitulation process was carried out using original sources from the c.hasil plano form.
“So when the ballot papers are counted, then the first administration is from form C. TPS Results. So later if there are discrepancies, there are objections, there are discrepancies, the measurement we use is form C. Results from the TPS,” said Chairman of the Indonesian KPU Hasyim Asy’ari at the Indonesian KPU office, Central Jakarta, Monday (4/3/2024).
“The original source was form C. TPS results, which were used as the basis for first administering election results,” he continued.
Hasyim ensured that his party would trace them one by one if a calculation error occurred. Hasyim then asked to wait for the recapitulation results to be completed.
The alleged inflating of PSI votes was also revealed by one of the accounts on X’s social media. Viewed detikcom Monday (4/3/2024), the account uploaded an image containing a table of electoral district groups up to TPS. Where, at these polling stations it is suspected that PSI votes were inflated.
