KPU declares that 5 parties won the dispute in Bawaslu which has not passed the verification yet

The five political parties that won the dispute in RI Bawaslu were again declared ineligible for administrative verification by KPU extension RI Previously, they had sued the RI KPU to RI Bawaslu because they failed the 2024 electoral registration administrative verification.

The five parties are the Adil Makmur People’s Party (Prima), the Indonesian People’s Swara Party (Parsindo), the Republican Party, the Indonesian Republican Party and the Justice and Unity Party (PKP). However, after having the opportunity to correct the documents, the KPU said that the five still did not meet the requirements.

“Status: Does not meet requirements,” said KPU RI announcement number 12/PL.01.1-Pu/05/2022 on the recapitulation of election party candidate administrative verification results for contestants in 2024 election after the receipt of the decision of the Bawaslu detik comSunday (20/11/2022).

The announcement was signed on Friday (18/11/2022) by the President KPU extension RI Hasyim Asy’ari. Separately, Idham Holik, head of KPU RI’s Election Implementation Technical Division, confirmed that this announcement had been passed on to the five political parties concerned.

“(It was broadcast) through Sipol,” Idham told reporters.

It’s known, KPU extension earlier it provided the opportunity for the five political parties to repair the documents through Sipol on Monday (7/11). They have 1×24 hours to upload the repair document.

As is known, Bawaslu held a hearing on the voter registration verification lawsuit. There were five parties whose lawsuits were granted, they were Prima Party, PKPI, Republican Party, Republic of Indonesia Party and Parsindo Party. Each side held a trial separately.

In the trial for the Republican Party cause, the trial was presided over by Selection Committee Chair and RI President Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja and Assembly Members Puadi, Totok Hariyono and Lolly Suhenti. At this session, the Examination Board resolved to grant the request of some applicants.

“Partially granted the plaintiff’s request,” Bagja said at the verdict hearing at the RI Bawaslu office, Central Jakarta, on Friday (11/4).
