Opposites attract? At least that’s what the KPÖ, which today combined a communist message with a luxury car, believes.
Only today did the KPÖ representative Natascha Wanek announce via Twitter (@linkswien): “Corona profits have to be redistributed – for example through a tax on the rich!” This makes an action by KPÖ supporters in the center of Vienna all the more curious: the party presented there -Sympathizers today a large poster with the inscription “For a radical system change.” The special thing: The poster was on a trailer that was pulled by a black Mercedes Benz G500.
The cheapest version of the car costs just under 90,000 euros when new, the most expensive model with luxurious equipment comes in at more than 270,000 euros. So not a car for small people, but rather one for all those who would hit the propagated tax on the rich.

The campaign divides the network: While some Internet users celebrate the campaign as humorous fun, others see the performance critically: “They just redistributed the capital into their own pockets,” scoffs a Twitter user.
They just redistributed the capital in their own pockets ???????? ♂️

The Vienna FPÖ boss Dominik Nepp also commented on the debate with the words “May 1st” and the hashtag # GKlassefüralle “
