KPK has examined the Head of Basarnas Marsdya TNI Henri Alfiandi as a witness in the alleged bribery case for the procurement of goods and services at Basarnas. Marsdya Henri is said to have admitted receiving money related to project auctions at Basarnas.
Marsdya Henri and Koorsmin Kabasarnas Lt. Col. Afri Budi Cahyanto were questioned at the TNI Puspom on Wednesday (8/8). The two were investigated as witnesses for the three bribery suspects whose cases were being handled KPK.
“The two were examined together and investigated regarding the alleged receipt of money from the suspect MG (Mulsunadi Gunawan) et al in order to win the project auction at Basarnas,” said Head of KPK Reporting Unit Ali Fikri told reporters, Friday (11/8/2023).
Ali said Marsdya Henri and Lt. Col. Afri were cooperative. Both are said to have acknowledged receipt of money received to win the project auction at Basarnas.
“Information from friends who carried out the inspection, both of them cooperated, admitting that there was an alleged receipt of a sum of money from the private sector in connection with the project auction at Basarnas in question,” said Ali.
For information, this case started with a hand-catching operation (OTT) carried out by the KPK. After carrying out the investigation, five people were named as suspects.
The suspects were divided into clusters, bribe givers and bribe takers. The following is the identity of the suspects:

1. Main Commissioner of PT Multi Graphic Cipta Sejati, Mulsunadi Gunawan
2. Main Director of PT Intertekno Graphic Sejati, Marilya
3. Main Director of PT Kindah Abadi Utama, Roni Aidil
Suspect recipient (Handled by Puspom TNI)
1. Head of Basarnas Marsdya Henri Alfiandi
2. Coordinator of the Head of Basarnas, Lt. Col. Afri Budi Cahyanto
Henri and Afri are suspected of having received Rp. 999.7 million in bribes from Mulsunadi and Rp. 4.1 billion from Roni. In addition, Henri and Afri are suspected of having received a total of Rp. 88.3 billion in bribes from a number of vendors from 2021 to 2023.
