“Let’s say that it’s also a problem, of course it’s a separate problem again. What was rumored about gratuities is now appearing in the flow of money. Whether it falls into the category of activities that divide the nation or support separatists, we don’t know either. So I can’t comment on anything other than gratuities. that’s it,” he said.

Regarding the defense of OPM figures, Benny Wenda, to Lukas Enembe, Petrus also admitted that he did not know the background of his client’s relationship with Benny Wenda until the defense emerged.

“We ensure that the Corruption Eradication Committee also traces the flow of money in the form of changes in assets or where the money was given to other parties after the suspect LE (Lukas Enembe) allegedly received it, we will ensure that it is also investigated,” said Ali.

“So the possibility of whether other law provisions such as TPPU can be applied is also our study in the future,” he added.
