TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK Alexander Marwata said that the leak of the warrant to investigate the performance allowance (tukin) corruption case at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) had no impact on the legal process of the case.

“The tukin case is actually an open investigation. So for example, I issue an open investigation letter. Something happened. I’ll tell you what was leaked? What impact did the investigation letter leak have? Nothing at all,” said Alexander in Jakarta, Saturday, April 8 2023.

“The investigation was leaked, that’s all I thought, it was an investigation into events that had passed, what was the impact? From what I see, there was no impact on past events,” said Alex.
