The investigation team of the Corruption Eradication Commission (NCP) confiscated a dangdut singer bank statement Betty Alista which is presumed to have been a flow of money in connection with the alleged corruption case in the issuance of export permits lobster seeds (benur).
The effort was taken after investigators examined singer Betty, Thursday (18/3). This is the second time Betty has been questioned by the KPK.
“As for those concerned [Betty Elista] a bank checking account was allegedly confiscated by an amount of money from the EP suspect [Edhy Prabowo] via Suspect AM [Amiril Mukminin], “said Acting Spokesperson for Corruption Eradication of the KPK, Ali Fikri, Thursday (18/3) night.
In today’s investigation process, former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo was also examined as a witness for the suspect Amiril and friends. He was investigated regarding the bank guarantee policy of fry exporters.
“The investigating team is still digging into the Rp52.3 billion bank guarantee given by exporters who have obtained the export license for clear lobster seeds at the KKP in 2020,” said Ali.
KPK investigators have investigated previous bank guarantee policies through the inspection of the Inspector General (Irjen) of the KKP, Muhammad Yusuf, Wednesday (17/3).
So far, the KPK has named a total of seven people as suspects in the alleged corruption case in the issuance of the lobster seed export license.
Six people received bribes, namely Edhy Prabowo; staff Edhy, Safri and Andreau Misanta Pribadi; Management of PT Aero Citra Kargo (ACK), Siswadi; Edhy’s wife’s staff, Ainul Faqih; and Edhy’s personal secretary, Amiril Mukminin.
Meanwhile, the party who gave the bribe was the Director of PT Dua Putera Perkasa Pratama (DPPP), Suharjito.
