New Delhi: Actress Rakul Preet Singh has been confirmed by Kovid. The actor himself informed about the disease through Twitter. The actress fell ill during the shooting of her latest film ‘May Day’.
Rakul will play the role of a pilot in the May Day thriller film produced and directed by actor Ajay Devgn. Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in the film.

Thank you … be safe ‘- the actress wrote on Twitter. The actor, who was on holiday with his family in the Maldives last month, arrived at the May Day location later.
The actor will next be seen in a romantic film starring Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham and Aditi Rao Hydari.
She made her Bollywood debut in 2014 with Divya Khosla Kumar’s ‘Yariyan’, followed by Rakul Neeraj Pandey’s Aayari, Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s De De Pyar De and Marjawan. Apart from Bollywood, the actor is also a regular presence in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada films.
The last release was the Telugu film ‘Manmathudu 2’. Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, Sivakarthikeyan’s scientific thriller Ayalan and Nidhin’s Check are also set to be directed by Rakuli.
