Riyadh ∙ Saudi Arabia today confirmed another 189 people, according to the Ministry of Health. 11 deaths were also reported. In the last 24 hours, 190 people have recovered, officials said. The number of active cases in the country has come down to 2958. Of these, 380 are in the intensive care unit. This brings the total number of cases in Saudi Arabia to 361,725, the number of deaths to 6,159 and the number of survivors to 35,2608.
A total of 10789890 Kovid tests were completed in the country including 34698 tests conducted last day. Riyadh province tops the list with 52 confirmed candidates. The Kovid counts in Makkah 38, Eastern Province 32, Madinah 30, Azir 9, Al Qasim 9, Al Baha 4, Tabuk 4, Hail 3, Al Jawf 3, Najran 3, Jizan 1 and Northern Region 1 are the other provinces. Today’s cure rate is 97.47 percent.
