Julia Kovalchuk, Vika Tsyganova and Tatyana Bulanova told how they were preparing for graduation

Russian stars remembered how their graduation party went. Many of them graduated from school at a time when the most common word was “deficit.” I had to adapt. For example, Julia Kovalchuk sewed a dress for herself from the curtain, like the heroine of the movie “Gone with the Wind” by Scarlet OʼHara.
“The dress was made of velvet, and my mother cooked the tulle either in paint or in green, and I got such a guipure. She was a star in her bottle dress, ”recall the singer.
Victoria Tsyganova began preparing for the prom almost a year before the event. Finding outfit in Khabarovsk, where she graduated from high school, was impossible.
“There were no threads either, except for bobbin. Mouline thread not get it. I knitted a skirt for myself on ordinary circular knitting needles from coils. In three rows weaved, ”Tsyganova admits.
The painstaking process took eight months. But it was worth it when the future artist came to graduation, then made a splash.
“Then I entered the theater institute in this outfit. And after the dress I was stolen safely, ”concludes Vika Tsyganova.
Tatyana Bulanova was more fortunate – in the Yubileiny department store, where she and her mother went for an outfit, Finnish dresses were thrown away! It was incredible luck, so the problem with the outfit was solved.
“It was something like that, very synthetic, probably made of polyester. Now you can’t take such a fabric in your hands, and then it was incredible happiness, ”the singer shares with 5-tv.ru.
Before graduation, Tatyana and four other girlfriends bought a bottle of wine to “be more fun and not be shy.” But when the girls decided to open it in the courtyard of the Admiralty, it turned out that there was no corkscrew. They asked a guy passing by.
“He took the bottle and ran away with it. Fine? As a result, we rode a sober boat on the Neva. And nothing – they had fun, ”recalls Tatyana Bulanova.
