The reality star had her placenta processed into pills and is now enjoying the benefits. “I find this very useful for postpartum recovery,” she writes on her Instagram.
She also shares the numerous health benefits of her placenta pills. She claims that the pills create higher energy levels, balance hormone levels, increase milk production, reduce the risk of postpartum depression and aid in losing baby weight faster.
Kourtney Kardashian also shares the iconic moment from ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’, in which she cooks the placenta with her sister Kim. “Kim and I decided to marinate, cook and serve a juicy placenta to everyone for the family dinner,” the episode said.
But Kourtney now seems to have found another way to eat her placenta. She is also not the first Kardashian to benefit from the health benefits of taking the placenta. In 2018, Khloé Kardashian also admitted that she would eat her placenta, just like Kim did before her.
