This Sunday, Chelsea will travel to Birmingham to face Aston Villa as part of the eleventh day of the Premier League. A meeting in which Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly will participate on the substitutes’ bench.
The best goalkeeper in the world in 2021 and one of the toughest defenders on the planet football. While for the Senegalese goalkeeper he has not yet played a minute after Graham Potter’s arrival, Koulibaly has come out of two assignments in a row. But the former Napoli will return to the bench alongside his compatriot for the trip to Villa Park.

Surprised but happy to see Mount in the starting lineup. A nice change in the back, RLC definitely RWB should have more role in midfield and Chalobah moves to RB on occasion. The fact that Koulibaly didn’t play made me wonder if Gaffer was thinking of giving him a rest or if he wasn’t the favorite yet.#AvlChe
