Koulamoutou, March 08, 2023 (AGP) – A new trade union structure, called the staff union of non-permanent labor workers (MONP) of Ogooué-Lolo (Sitrapol), was officially presented this Wednesday at Koulamoutou, the provincial capital of Ogooué-Lolo (Southeast).
The ceremony of presentation and installation of the members of the office of this union was chaired by the departmental labor inspector of Lolo-Bouenguidi, Bruno Amour Kalagnana, in the presence of many guests and members from all sectors of the hand. local non-permanent work (MONP).
In his introductory remarks, the inspector defined the missions of his administration, before giving the reason for setting up a new local trade union structure.
He then proceeded to the installation of Donatien Wougoupepe, as local president, before returning the members of the office installed to the exercise of their functions.
The new president explained that the objective of his movement is to defend and promote the economic and social professional interests of all people employed by the State, as non-permanent workers. This, in particular by ensuring the proper regulation and improvement of the living and working conditions of the members.
This latest born of the local unions comes at a time when confusion reigns over the situation of the non-permanent workforce, which wants the application of several measures taken by civil and professional society with regard to retirements, the transfer to the public service, etc.
