The sports judge of the Super League punished the vice-president of PAE Olympiacos, Alexis Kougia, with a ban on entering the playing field and dressing room for a period of 15 days. The penalty was imposed on Kouya for the gestures he made in the derby with AEK at Opap Arena.
The text of the decision: “TO ALEXIO KOUGIA (Official of the PAE OLYMPIAKOS team)
JUDGING herewith the disciplinary prosecuted and dismissed, ALEXIO KOUGIA, following sub. No. Prot. 7923_2024/04-04-2024 of the disciplinary action of the Deputy Head of Disciplinary Action for Football Offenses.
IT IS ACCEPTED that the above accused committed the act of abusive behavior towards spectators (articles 1, 2, 5, 12 par. 1 in conjunction with no. 11 par. 2 and with no. 10 par. 1 item, b’, 26 of the P.K. of the EPO).
IMPOSES the disciplinary penalty of banning him from entering the playing field and the locker room for a period of fifteen (15) days.
RESOLVED, decided and published at its public meeting, on the 12th day of April, 2024.
