Kosovo restricts entry of vehicles with Serbian license plates after border police incident

Kosovo has banned any vehicles with Serbian license plates from entering its territory in response to the arrest of three Kosovo border police by Serbian police, a representative of Kosovo’s interior ministry told Reuters.

“In order to increase the security of all border points, we decided to stop the entry into the territory of Kosovo of any cars with Serbian license plates,” said Nora Fetoshi, adviser to the Kosovo interior minister, quoted by BTA.
