Korean Land Rover? The new Hyundai Santa Fe might look like this

Hyundai is working hard on the fifth generation Santa Fe. And as it seems, the novelty will offer a significantly different design.

At least the photos and snaps of camouflaged prototypes that have appeared on the Internet in recent weeks suggest that. They reveal a clearly more angular car.

The available images, static or “in motion”, have brought the web Bikes to try and guess what the production version will look like when it hits the market. And the vision is very interesting.

According to this idea, the new Hyundai Santa Fe should “harden” considerably, so much so that the shape of the body recalls the current Land Rover Defender.

The novelty should therefore be more angular, in all respects: we see a vertical nose, an almost straight front hood, a simple and always straight roof line, fenders with a characteristic plastic coating or simply shaped doors and straight lines of the windows. The bodywork ends with a vertical stern.

The headlights look interesting, the front ones are relatively large and angular, the daytime running lights have the shape of the letter H, and the rear ones are oriented vertically – in addition, they lead from the roof spoiler to the bumper. The trunk lid also looks minimalist.

Of course, we now don’t know if the new Hyundai Santa Fe will really be like this, but the prototypes seriously point to that to some extent. In any case, we could expect news soon, there is talk of a premiere that will take place as early as next year.

At the same time, the current fourth-generation Santa Fe was only introduced in 2018 and received a makeover in 2020.
