Samsung C&T signed an MOU with Onur, a Turkish construction company, and the city of Lviv, located in the westernmost part of Ukraine, for cooperation in the development of smart cities in Lviv. The Korea Overseas Construction Association and the Poland-Ukraine Construction Association also signed an MOU to support corporate activities.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to promptly promote the pilot project for Ukraine’s reconstruction, and support the establishment of smart city master plans in major cities such as Ukraine’s capital Kiiu and Uman. It will also promote humanitarian aid projects such as hospitals and modular housing construction.
