At the Konolfingen municipal assembly, the 2023 annual accounts and two loans worth almost 1.3 million francs were approved.

The community meeting was attended by 95 voters.
The 2023 annual financial statements with a surplus of CHF 77,071.22 were approved.
A supplementary credit of CHF 950,000 for the deposit in the special financing “Pre-financing of administrative assets” was approved unanimously.
The commitment credit of 315,000 francs for the replacement of the Thunstrasse drinking water pipeline was also approved by a large majority. Under the agenda item “Miscellaneous”, the municipal council informed about various ongoing projects.
Deserving personalities were honored
Following the meeting, the municipal council honored deserving individuals.
For the year 2023, Prof. Dr. Matthias Steinmann and the two OK’s of the Konolfingen trade fair and the Amtsmusiktag were honored in the culture category.
Prof. Dr. Steinmann once again awarded the breeders of the most beautiful cows in Konolfingen with a prize. The breeders were very pleased with the recognition.
