Kone offers 17 billion euros for the elevator division of Thyssenkrupp. That reported the financial news agency Bloomberg and an insider. With this offer, the Finnish elevator manufacturer offering together with CVC Partners wants to outperform the competing financial investors as much as possible in order to dispel any concerns raised by competitors.
