Jakarta – One of the three unscrupulous members of Polda Metro Jaya suspected of murdering 4 laskar FPI in the event ‘KM 50’ died. The police were asked to convey information in a transparent manner.
“It needs to be conveyed in a transparent manner so that there is no suspicion,” said the Commissioner for National Police, Poengky Indarti when contacted, Thursday (25/3/2021).
Poengky said, there were two other people who were still alive. According to him, these two people still have to be processed to be accountable for their actions.
“Apart from that, there are still two who are still alive and still have to be criminalized to see their involvement in this case and accountability is carried out according to their involvement,” said Poengky.
“If a reported person dies, the report against him will be invalid, because the person who has died cannot be held responsible for the crime,” he continued.
It is known, the news about the death of one of the shooting police lFPI soldiers it was previously conveyed by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Komjen Agus Andrianto.
“The information I received during the title (case) of one of the alleged perpetrators died,” said Agus when asked for confirmation, Thursday (25/3).
Agus said the policeman died because of an accident. However, Agus did not explain in detail the cause of the accident.
“Due to an accident. Please confirm to the investigator or Polda Metro Jaya,” he said.
Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, also confirmed that one of the reported died due to an accident.
“Yes, that’s right, someone died,” added Argo when contacted separately.
For information, Bareskrim Polri stated that it had investigated the alleged unlawful killing of four members of the FPI laskar. There are three police officers who were reported in this case.
