Komnas HAM have checked all over cell phone (HP) related to the death of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. From today’s examination, there are new findings which are said to make the case clearer.
“Just now we re-examined the cyber team and investigators, in a short time of about 30 minutes because earlier this was more about completing the materials that were previously given and some explanations after that, the Komnas HAM team will collect all of these materials. the first, the second, give it and earlier that the third we will analyze internally,” said the chairman Komnas HAM Ahmad Taufan Damanik at his office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (9/8/2022).
“After that we may only be able to make some conclusions, but of course the materials provide more and more information, data that illuminate this problem. More or less that,” he continued.

HP checks are carried out in stages, namely 10 cellphones first and five cellphones being checked later. Taufan said everything in the cellphone, including WhatsApp group conversations, had been pocketed.
“Everything in the five cellphones,” said Taufan.
Taufan did not explain the details of the conversation in the WA group. He said all things would be explained in the results of the Komnas HAM investigation.
“We’ll check later. That’s why we gathered first. Sessions one-two already, today is session three,” he said.
“We will analyze all the material, then there will be a conclusion. Right? raw material which we took, then we will ask them to explain. This is from everywhere,” he continued.
Komnas HAM Commissioner Choirul Anam said the incident related to the death of Brigadier Joshua was getting clearer. He said the framework of the case was getting clearer.
“Regarding this, these five HPs were explained quite well, raw materialWe also got it, which made things even more clear. It’s getting more detailed, so that we, if we were to go to the crime scene in the not too distant future, would at least have a framework, especially because of the current cyber findings,” he said.
Brigadier Joshua was allegedly shot dead at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta, Friday (8/7). There are three people who have been named as suspects, namely Bharada E, Brigadier R and K.
