“We do not declare this a gross human rights violation because we do not find any elements of this case referred to as serious violations under Law 26/2000,” he said, Tuesday (10/3/2021).
Taufan explained that a case is said to be a gross human rights violation if there are indicators, criteria and an operation design. As there is a structured order, commanded. Including there are indicators of the contents of the incident room and others.
“For example, there is an element called the systematic element. Namely, the action is related to organizational or state policies. We did not find that,” he explained.
