Jakarta –
Office of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kominfo) was threatened with a bottle filled with pee. The action was the result of the blocking of a number of services because they had not registered for the Electronic System Operator (Electronic System Operator).PSE) Private Scope.
The invitation to throw a bottle containing pee at the Kominfo Office was made by a group called Student Political Block. The call to action has been spread through his Instagram account @bblokpolitikpelajar.
According to the plan, the action of throwing bottles containing pee at the Kominfo Office will be held on Monday (1/8/2022) at 14.00 WIB. “Anyone who is upset about this blocking you can come and roll a bottle of p*p*s,” wrote the Student Political Block.

The post went viral in cyberspace. There are more than 400 likes that have been given by netizens, in the comments column a lot of support is given.
Regarding this call for throwing bottles containing pee, detikINET has contacted the Kominfo. Including confirming a report that said Kominfo gave directions to its employees not to wear uniforms because of the threat.
Previously reported, Kominfo blocked seven services because they had not registered for PSE even though they had been given a warning letter. The seven services include:
- PayPal
- Yahoo (search engine)
- Steam
- Dota 2
- Counter Strike
- Epic Games
- Origin
In its development, Kominfo opened temporary access to PayPal because many netizens protested. The temporary opening of access is to give people time to migrate to other services.
“For this reason, we have implemented our new policy of temporary opening. We hope that we will open it to provide opportunities for people to migrate so that their money is not lost. Because so far we have not been able to contact PayPal,” said Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, Director General of Aptika Kominfo.
Currently, Kominfo still blocks Steam, Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Epic Games, Origin and Yahoo search engines. Of the six, there are three PSEs who have communicated with the ministry.
“So now there has been a correspondence, between Steam, Dota 2, and CS: GO. Here they have stated that they are in the process. Hopefully in the near future, they can complete it and also people who are users of this game service, can immediately get it reuse,” explained Samuel.
