Komerční banka changes the tariff. It converts some commissions to monthly and makes them more expensive in the process

Komerčka will start charging some payment card fees monthly rather than annually. Although the bank informs of the change, stating that the calculation is a response to customer requests, the fees are now higher than they originally were.

The change concerns, for example, the debit card fee, which is not part of the account management. The bank also charges the price of a personal credit card every month.

In addition, the bank will coordinate the price for sending a reminder and consumer credit insurance. Here, too, the new prices will be higher than the original ones.

Credit cards

In addition to the change in fees, the bank will also change the options for handling payment cards. Customers will now be able, for example, to set a separate financial limit for card payments over the Internet. The change will only be valid from the introduction in the new version of the mobile or internet banking after the change of conditions.

Memorandum

Komerčka also changes the prices of souvenirs. In addition to permitted debits, consumer loans and mortgages, this change also applies to reminders for deposit products.

The new souvenir will cost 500 CZK. Originally, the bank charged CZK 350 when it sent the first reminder or notification of the occurrence of an unauthorized charge. However, the bank will only charge a reminder fee if the amount owed is 500 CZK or more.

The reminder price is also modified (and unified) in the tariff for entrepreneurs, companies and municipalities serving the branches. In this case, the bank will again charge CZK 500 for the reminder (again, this applies to deposit products, authorized debits and commercial loans). Until now, the first reminder or notification of an unauthorized debit cost CZK 350. For credit cards, the bank will now charge a fee for sending each reminder. Here too, however, it is valid that you are charged only if the amount due reaches CZK 500 or more.

The same change also applies to municipalities serving business and corporate divisions, with the original first unauthorized reminder and debit advice costing CZK 100. Again, the reminder will now cost 500 CZK and will be charged for each shipment, except if the amount due does not reach 500 CZK.

Changes to the KB Express line

The bank will also reduce the operating times of its Express line. From November it will not work for the entire calendar week, but only on working days.

The service time will also be reduced. Currently it is possible to call the line from 6 in the morning to 10 in the evening, now it will work from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening.

Changes to documents

The Bank also cancels the Personal Credit Card Exempted Provisions and Authorized Charges Exempted Provisions. Customers will now find information in the Payment Execution Notice, which the bank will post on its website.
