According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, over the past two years, there has been a steady downward trend in the spread of HIV infection in the country. Thanks to the joint efforts of the state and society, effective measures to prevent the spread of infection, including within the framework of the All-Russian action “Stop HIV / AIDS”, there is a decrease in the proportion of newly diagnosed persons with HIV infection aged 15 to 20 years to 0.8% in 2019.
