Knuspr now supplies the Rhein-Main region: Rundschau

After the launch of the first location in Munich in August 2021, the online supermarket Knuspr is now also opening its digital doors in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. From the Bischofsheim location, Knuspr supplies the region around Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt with a full range of around 9,000 items within three hours of placing an order with a minimum order value of 29 euros.

Knuspr wants to stand out from the competition with the selection of the range, with regional products being the focus through cooperation with local producers and small businesses. According to the company, at least 30 percent of the full range comes from regional suppliers and producers.

Knuspr is part of Rohlik, one of the leading online grocery delivery services in Europe, founded in 2014 by Tomáš Čupr in the Czech Republic. The company is active in the Czech Republic (Rohlik.cz), Hungary (Kifli.hu), Austria (Gurkerl.at) and Germany (Knuspr.de) and will be launched in Romania, Italy and Spain in 2022 under the Sezamo brand walk. Rohlik has its own end-to-end IT infrastructure, the company says.
