Good news for the start-up from Trier, which became known in the VOX TV show “Höhle der Löwen” in 2017. In the meeting of creditors in front of the Trier District Court on November 4th, the creditors unanimously approved the insolvency plan presented by the insolvency administrator Prof. Schmidt. FITTASTE is now released from the bankruptcy proceedings.

Together with the managing director Konstantin Ladwein it was possible to maintain and reorganize business operations in the insolvency proceedings. “We have consistently worked on optimizing internal processes, uncovering and eliminating the causes of the crisis,” said insolvency administrator Prof. Schmidt.

Due to a personal application, the insolvency proceedings were opened on August 1st.
