Law text National Council for Mental Health Provided that a mental health fund is established in the Ministry of Health and Population, and is managed by a board of directors formed by decision of the Minister concerned with health, chaired by him or one of his deputies, and the belonging to each of the following: :
١ – Head of the Central Department of the Technical Secretariat of the National Mental Health Council .
٢ – Secretary General of the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment .
٣ – Head of the Central Department of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Health and Population .
٤ – One of the members of the National Mental Health Council, chosen by the Council .
٥ – A representative of NGOs dealing with mental illness, chosen by the General Federation of NGOs and Institutions .
٦ – One of the public figures interested in mental health, chosen by the minister who deals with health .
٧ – Financial Controller at the Ministry of Health and Population .
٨ – Legal advisor to the Minister of Health .
The Council may request the assistance of anyone it deems expert. The executive regulation of this law determines the system of work of the Council and the method of issuing its decisions .
The resources of the Fund consist of: :
١ – What is allocated to the fund from the general state budget, according to the funding section of funds and accounts of the unified treasury account .
٢ – Fees for the registration in the deeds of the Regional Mental Health Department of the structures referred to in article 2, paragraph 2, of this law, within the maximum limit of thirty thousand lire for each structure paid in cash or with one of the non-monetary means of payment The implementation of this law establishes the necessary conditions and procedures in this respect .
٣ – The proceeds of mental health stamps due for the issue of medical certificates and reports, which are determined by provision of the Minister responsible for health, in the amount of thirty lire for the certificate or report. .
٤ – What does hospitalization for treatment in mental health facilities entail, which is determined by provision of the Minister of Health at the rate of one hundred and fifty lire, to be paid by the facility in cash or with one of the non-monetary means of payment for each case of hospitalization for treatment. .
٥ – Gifts, bequests and donations accepted by the Board of Directors of the Fund .
