EA has announced that after a successful launch earlier this year, Knockout City will receive a next-gen update on November 2. Previously available through backward compatibility, it will boost performance to 120 FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X once those updates go live.
As part of this trade-off, the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions can play Knockout City at a native resolution of 4k at 60 FPS or at 1440p (PS5) / 1620p (Xbox Series X) with 120 FPS performance. As for Xbox Series S players, it will run at 1440p at 60FPS or 1080p at 120 FPS.
