SOE Minister Erick Thohir announced the dissolution of three SOEs. This BUMN was disbanded because it was no longer operating.
Erick Thohir said the three SOEs were PT Kertas Kraft Aceh (Persero), PT Industri Glass (Persero) and PT Industri Sandang Nusantara (Persero).
“With a long way to go. Thank God we are waiting for the government regulation in June,” Erick said in a press conference, Thursday (17/3/2022).
Erick said that Kraft Aceh had not operated since 2008. Then, the Glass Industry had not been operating since 2015. Then, the Nusantara Clothing and Clothing Industry in 2018.
“Of course, we cannot continue to hang on. We cannot be tyrannical leaders who do not ensure that we are in favor of an amicable solution,” he said.
