PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). The company’s directors were overhauled in today’s EGMS.
From the information obtained from the results of the EGMS, Wednesday (21/10/2020), he decided to appoint Darmawan Junaidi as the Company’s President Director. Darmawan fills the position of president who was previously vacant left by Royke Tumilaar who has been appointed as the President Director of BNI. In addition, it was decided also the position of Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar.
