Knife attack at McDonald’s – woman critically injured

In Hanover, a dispute broke out between several people in front of a fast food branch. Someone pulled out a knife and stabbed a woman. She was critically injured.

A woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a fight in a fast food restaurant in Hanover. She had had an emergency operation and is currently in mortal danger, the police said on Monday night. A 24-year-old man was also seriously injured. The police arrested four suspects between the ages of 29 and 33. A motive for the crime is not yet known.

In front of the McDonald’s on Georgstraße in Hannover-Mitte, as the “Hannoversche Allgemeine” reports, a verbal argument between several people degenerated into physical violence. As the argument progressed, the argument moved inside the restaurant. Then someone stabbed the woman. Police found the suspected murder weapon nearby. Now she is investigating manslaughter and is looking for witnesses. According to the police, there were many visitors in the branch at the time of the crime. However, other visitors to the restaurant were not injured.
