Setiawan Budidarma (61), the owner of the address on the Granmax car registration was involved KM 58 accident Jakarta-Cikampek toll road this morning, admitted that he was not the owner of the vehicle and did not even recognize the name on it.
Based on police information, the STNK of the Granmax car that crashed and caught fire today was identified as Yanti Setyawan Budidarma with the address Jalan Duren Number 16 RT003/009, North Utan Kayu Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta.
“Boro-boro (mine). No. I don’t know the name Yanti either. The name Yanti doesn’t exist here,” he told the media at his residence, Monday (8/4).
He revealed that his ex-wife’s name was indeed similar to Irma Damayanti. However, he confirmed that the mother of his child was not involved.
“My ex-wife’s name is Irma Damayanti. But she was always called Irman, never Yanti,” he added.
Setiawan said he had lived in his house since 2011 and since then had never known the name Yanti Setyawan Budidarma. Even the neighbors in the neighborhood don’t have that name.
“There is no Yanti’s name here. The previous owners of the house are all deceased,” he explained.
Regarding his ex-wife, he admitted that he had not seen him for a long time. The latest news is that Irma is abroad.
“The last time we saw him was 2022. It’s been a long time, the last time he came here with his sister,” he concluded.
The accident at KM 58 of the Cikampek Toll Road involved a bus and two minibuses, namely a Daihatsu Granmax and a Toyota Terios. The incident occurred at around 08.15 WIB. Initially the Granmax car which was having problems was about to pull over on the shoulder of the road.
The accident occurred after the bus from Cikampek was unable to avoid it and hit the Granmax vehicle. A Terios vehicle then hit the bus and the Granmax in front of it.
The collision caused the Granmax vehicle to catch fire at the location. A total of 12 people died as a result of this accident.
