The construction of the Hemus highway is increasingly beginning to look like a horror with suspected crime. It turns out that a homeless person withdrew part of the money transferred in advance for the construction of the Hemus highway, which Boyko Rashkov explained were withdrawn in bags and sacks.
The poor Krassimir Dimitrov Mitrikov from the Montana village of Zlatia managed to withdraw over BGN 18 million from the money for Lot 5 of the Hemus Motorway, after which he died of COVID-19, Bird.bg reports.
The investigative website reports that he was promised BGN 20,000 for Mitkrikov’s services. More than BGN 11 million were withdrawn by an MMA fighter on behalf of two other companies. A total of 5 hollow companies and four proxies were used in the scheme. Three more companies were involved in draining the millions. The same lawyers served the entries for the three companies in the Commercial Register.
Namely Krassimir Mitrikov is a proxy of one company, which was registered at the address in the village of Zlatiya, Montana region. He withdrew BGN 18,618,077 and handed them over to an unknown person, in whom all the money withdrawn at a cash desk from a bank was concentrated.
According to Mitrikov’s neighbors, he lived extremely poor and died this year from the virus. Before that, however, he boasted that he expected to be paid BGN 20,000.
The other two films were made by Yaroslav Stamatov Iliev from the village of Kazichene. The representative of the two companies, who withdrew a total of BGN 11,242,408, is Georgi Stefanov Shkendov.
