The 2021/2022 Champions League Final is Klopp’s fourth final in his career. After the first with Borussia Dortmund in 2013, Klopp’s remaining three were with Liverpool in 2018, 2019, and 2022.
Klopp also became the fifth manager to do so after Marcelo Lippi, Miguel Munoz, Carlo Ancelotti, and Jurgen Klopp. Amazingly Klopp did that in just 10 years.
In addition, Klopp also set a new record as the first manager to qualify for the final of the English League Cup, FA Cup and Champions League in the same season. One trophy has been obtained, namely the Carabao Cup last February by beating Chelsea.
