The staff of the Dutch airline is now to forego wage increases by 2025, instead of the previous 2022. The union of cabin and ground staff have already approved the adjustments. The pilots, however, refused. The state then threatened not to pay out their aid to KLM. But on Tuesday (November 3rd) the pilots union finally agreed to a wage freeze until 2025 in return for the release of government-guaranteed loans.
