Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko inspected the progress of repair work on the Great Ring Road, a section of which is to be opened by the end of the year. About this on Monday, August 30, informs press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.-
In particular, they plan to open a new section from Marshal Rokossovsky Avenue to Bogatyrskaya Street and a transport interchange on Bogatyrskaya Street.
According to Klitschko, the construction of this facility was planned back in 2008.

In particular, it is planned to complete the construction of an overpass over the railway crossing and an overpass over Bogatyrskaya Street and exits from it, a large underground pedestrian crossing and a noise shield.
In addition, repairs began on several more sections of the Great Ring Road, which were transferred from the balance of the region to the balance of the capital.
“Today, active work continues on the section from Odessa Square to Vatutin Street. For decades there have only been” patching “holes.
