Two SMK students carrying a celurit was about to chase a motorist in City of Magelang, Central Java. The child’s clit action was successfully driven away by car drivers.
This incident was recorded by a car passenger and the video went viral on social media. In the video, the two students fall after being hit from behind.
Magelang Police Chief Kombes Ruruh Wicaksono confirmed the events in the video occurred in his area. The incident on one of the roads in the Mertoyudan District area occurred on Monday (6/3) in the morning.
At first, said Ruruh, the car driver saw two people riding a motorcycle together with sickles. Two children are seen chasing a mother.
“The two children were riding a pillion, the one behind was brandishing a celurit. Then a woman was seen riding a motorbike being chased (the two perpetrators),” said Ruruh when contacted CNNIndonesia.comTuesday (7/3) morning.
Ruruh said the driver of the car then took the initiative to dispel the actions of the two children so that they would stay away from the motorcyclist’s mother. However, these two children actually attacked the car.
“They didn’t move away but instead came closer and slashed (at the car) as in the video. Instead of avoiding them, they got bolder,” he said.
Ruruh said the driver of the car finally chose to crash into the motorbikes of the two children and eventually fell. According to him, the driver of the car immediately reported this incident to the local police.
The two children, said Ruruh, were apparently under the influence of alcoholic beverages, aka drunk. They claimed to have taken the action in self-defense after arguing that they had gone to buy cigarettes.
“Both of them are still minors, class X SMK in Magelang City. Their reason for self-defense, yes, panic. When caught (arguing) self-defense, if not, the name of the children might injure too. Fad, chased, hacked, ” he said.
Ruruh said the two children had been detained. They have the status of children in conflict with the law. The police charged the two with Emergency Law Number 12 Year 51 Article 2 for carrying sharp weapons without a permit.
“The penalty is 7 years, the handling is the same as the PPA Unit (Women and Children Services),” he said.
