Accordion Competition: Registration by January 31st
The Klingenthal International Accordion Competition is to be held in digital form in May of this year. As before, participants should register in writing by January 31st – by submitting the registration form including the program and a photo of the soloist.

The programs for the 1st and 2nd selection tests or the finals in all categories must be uploaded to the organization office in Klingenthal as a video by April 15, 2021. The final piece of soloist category IV – Jukka Tiensuu: “Spiriti” – must be sent in in the version with piano and accordion.
According to the head of the organization, Jörg Künzl, the board of directors agreed that the risk of preparing the competition as a face-to-face event and having to completely cancel it in May if the restrictions persist was too high.
On the other hand, the 49th edition of the young talent competition “Little Days of the Harmonica”, which was planned for March 6th and 7th, will be completely canceled. ™
