The Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club is offering a Ramadan buffet with 18 food stations serving both local and international cuisine. The Malay dishes serve up traditional favourites with a modern twist, such as the “Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak Taugeh Ipoh” which is a catfish dish that is tangy and is best served with nasi minyak. The “Ayam Panggang Bumbu Bali” fuses Balinese and local flavours, and the “Masak Lemak Nenas” adds a savoury twist to pineapple. Those who prefer seafood can enjoy a seafood platter filled with lobster, prawns, mussels, and clams. The desserts are just as tempting with decadent options like red velvet cake and chocolate cake, as well as lighter choices like the pandan-inspired cake and sago gula Melaka. The buffet is priced at RM138 for members and RM165 for non-members.
