The President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, signed on Monday, August 2, 2021, two decrees regarding the retirement of some prosecutors:
– Decree on the dismissal from the position of prosecutor of Mrs. Elena-Aristiţa Dinu, Chief Prosecutor of the Service for Combating Terrorist Crimes and Against National Security within the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – retirement, on 2 August 2021.
Elena-Aristiţa Dinu had been appointed to the SCM, in September 2018, for a three-year term.
– Decree on the dismissal from the position of prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Craiova Court of Appeal of Mrs. Doina Ștanță, delegated to the position of chief prosecutor of the Judicial Section at this prosecutor’s office – retirement unit, on August 2, 2021.
