Klaus Iohannis would have claims to force so close to parliamentarians. Digi24 journalists received information from sources that the leader of Cotroceni would have asked the Liberals to add certain names to the PNL lists.

Andreea Bratu, Digi24 journalist: Among the names that Klaus Iohannis would like in the Legislature in the future is Ligia Deca, the current Minister of Education and a former adviser at the Cotroceni Palace.

According to Digi24 information, the head of state would have asked the Liberals for Deca to take an appropriate place on the Bucharest PNL list for the Chamber of Deputies.

Among the current presidential advisers, Diana Păun, from the Department of Public Health, would be recommended by Iohannis to open the PNL list in Iasi or Dolj.

And Cristina Trăilă, current vice president, would be another name that the President of Romania would have asked for on the Bucharest PNL list, althoughzyal he would not be found among the party’s candidates for the relevant seats.

From the information we have received, the head of state would like to have a say in the proposal of the Liberals for the position of deputy governor. More precisely, it is about Cosmin Marinescu, who is currently the presidential adviser on economic and social policies.

It remains to be seen whether these names will be found on the final LNP lists.
