The Republic of Moldova is running out of natural gas. TV pictures showed last week long lines of cars waiting in front of gas stations; many vehicles run on gas for cost reasons. The government of Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita declared a state of emergency for a month. Their emissaries are feverishly trying to find a solution to a supply problem before the onset of winter for which the state is not entirely innocent.
